"It was excellent. It was fun. I liked the talk on eating and Tim is nice."
~ Molly Horton age 9"I loved it and plan on coming next year
because of all the ice time and the off-ice training. All of it was
fun. I like Coach Tim because he helped all of us even me."
~ Oliva Adams, age 9
"It is
excellent. I would tell me teammates and friends you should come
because it is fun. I liked using the medicine balls, barbells, and
jump roping during the stations."
~ Erin Shell, age 10"Because
I have had two knee operations I have been unable to train for hockey
properly until I came to TBAC. This program is different because Tim
makes the exercises so that I can do them. I feel so much stronger! My
knee pain has gone away because my legs/hips/ankles have become
stronger. Coach Drown is really encouraging. He makes it so that I look
forward to coming. He pushes me and makes it so I stretch my limits and
boosts my confidence. Training at TBAC is really fun. It is a good
atmosphere and you will get a really awesome workout. Thanks Tim"

"It's an awesome experience. The atmosphere is fun and you are always moving to different stations. I have gotten so much stronger (in my upper body and legs) in such a short period of time. I feel better everyday because I can see and feel how much I've improved especially when I play soccer and run. Tim's great! No Joke... He is very knowledgeable, corrects your form and makes you work to the best of your ability. He is not only a fun person to work with but he is a great teacher too. It's the best type of workout I've ever done."
~ Ashley Winslow, age 18, Soccer Player, Ice Hockey Portland
"I plan on attending camp
again because it was worth it. I learned exercises that will improve my
strength such as using medicine balls while squatting. Coach Drown is
nice and taught me what and when to eat."
~ Gabby St.Angelo, age 14, Falmouth H.S.
"I
definitely plan on attending next year because it helped me a lot off
and on ice. Coach Drown is a great person to work with he understands
were you are coming from. I learned what to eat/drink and how to be
more prepared for practices and games.
~ Meg Finlay, age 14, Greely H.S
"I like the training and how we used our whole body in the exercises. The off-ice training helped me a lot and made me improve. I am going to keep doing the nutritional part and start including some of the exercises in my workout.
~ Ashly Chase age 15, Lewiston HS
"It was helpful and fun. I learned a lot and I would tell me teammates that we should get a group of us together and go see you.
One of the best things about coach Drown is that he showed us different
ways to get stronger without using barbells and weight machines."~ Allison LaFreniere age 16 Lewiston HS
"I
am definitely coming next year because it has on ice and off-ice parts.
I like working with the stability balls and learned to drink chocolate
milk after every practice and game."
~ Lucca Sterrer, age 9
"I
would recommend (to anyone) that they attend this camp. It was a very
good experience and was helpful in improving my game. I learned many
useful training & conditioning techniques that I can do at home. My only suggestion is to make the camp longer so that you can cover more stuff both on and off-ice."
~ Etta Copenhagen, age 14, Greely H.S
"Coach
Drown is really nice, supportive and helpful. I would tell me
friends/teammates that they should go because you learn a lot about
exercises and nutrition and that it was fun. I plan on continuing to do
the exercises/drills because it helped me not only feel stronger but
gave me more energy."

got to be with our friends. Tim is really nice and he pushed us to do
our best."

"Coach Drown is very nice and
helped us become better players. It was fun and I learned a lot. I
will do some of the exercise on the stability ball and with the
medicine ball (I have those) and drink chocolate milk. All off-ice
stuff is similar but this is better because of the circuits and
equipment we used." Kristen Murray, age 12
"I loved it. I would tell my
teammates that it was really fun and that we got to do a lot of fun
things and that you learn a lot. Coach Tim explains things well and is
nice- he want to help us become better athletes. I will do ball
exercises (with my green ball at home), eat bars, and drink lots of
water."
~ Hannah Snyder age 12
